Barco to install its flagship laser fleet across all Reel Cinemas screens in Dubai – Barco

Barco, which has been leading the conversion of digital cinema to laser illumination since 2014, is proud to announce another landmark win with Reel Cinemas, the dynamic cinema brand under Emaar Entertainment. Earlier in 2016, Reel Cinemas installed an extensive fleet of Barco flagship laser projectors in The Dubai Mall Cineplex, making it the largest all-flagship laser theater in the world. Following the success of this innovative investment, Reel Cinemas is now adding 19 flagship laser projectors to its portfolio, which Barco Gold Partner CineTech ME JLT will install this year. In addition, Reel Cinemas has invested in Barco Escape, Barco’s three-screen panoramic movie theater.
