Facts About Projection (Third edition) - This is a fantastic little training video about projection from 1975, but is still relevant today and nicely explains how projectors work. The only down side is that it mainly focuses on 16mm film.

Film Museum Berlin - this is a very intersting museum in Berlin, where it is possible to take upto four hours to go around. There is a guide available in guide which is really useful if your German isn't very good. It is well worth the 6 euros it cost to get in.
