CATEGORIES:

1. Animation
A short animated film on any subject.

2. Home and Away
A film looking at the streets and cities where we live, and the way we get around them.

3. A Day in the Life of an Inanimate Object.
A film looking at the life of an inanimate object of any description,
except a bell.

RULES:

• There will be a prize for each category and one overall prize, known as "Cloche d'or" provided by Taylors Bell Foundry
  
• The festival is open to all entrants.
  
• All films should be no less than 5 minutes and no longer than 10 minutes.
  
• All films should have a beginning, middle and end.
  
• Film formats are 35 mm, 16 mm or VHS only.
  
• The films have to be of original work.
  
• No transport will be available for films .
  
• Liability of Lufbra Shorts for the film will begin when the films are delivered to the Festival venues by the appointed carriers and will cease when they are collected by the carriers for return shipment.
  
• In case of damage or loss of material, the liability of Lufbra Shorts cannot exceed the cost of reprinting the film.
  
• The Judges decision is final.
