The curtain is to rise again at Ayr’s Borderline Theatre.
Ten years on from the historic building’s demise, a group of playwrights are to reopen the doors.
And they are pledging to revive arts and live music in the town.
Kelly Craig and Ross Hunter are the duo behind the bold plan to have Borderline back in business.
The pair will join forces with youth theatre boss Chris Taylor to bring the stage alive again.
The theatre shut its doors 10 years ago amid cashflow problems.
