Imagineers in Exile is an immersive art installation / theatrical production in which the audience is surrounded by illustrations of bizarre lands and creatures on every wall. Projection mapping brings the drawings to life and guides the audience around the space as if they were inside the pages of an epic adventure. Some characters and situations from the paper manifest themselves in live performance. It’s a wholly new concept combining digital story telling, immersive theater, and traditional ink and paper illustration.
