Bell Theatre Services Ltd. - Projection equioment suppliers in the UK. A very good website with a number of extras including Lens Calculator software.

Big Screen Biz - A web site for people who work in the movie theatre industry. They have services for theatre owners, employees, film bookers, manufacturers, distributors, and anyone with an interest in the business of exhibition.

BKSTS The Moving Image Society - This page has lots of information about the cinema and also has a lot of useful links.

Bond Movie Posters - A website of James Bond posters released all over the world.

BFFS (British Federation of Film Societies) - This site has recently been updated and provides information on film societies around the country.

The British Board on Film Censorship - A website of information about film censorship in Britain.

Bright Lights Journal - a popular academic hybrid online journal on movies which looks at 'art house' style material.

Brunel Film Society - This page doesn't appear to have been updated since 1995, but has been included for the sake of completeness.

British Film Institute (BFI) - a site providing a good selection of information on the BFI and its activities, including a list of regional BFI theatres. Also links to the BFI London Imax

Big Screen Biz Directory - This part of a larger size dedicated to business side of the industry. Cinema Dementia - A B-film webring providing a large number of horror film information.

Cinema Equipment Sales of California Inc - A Californian based cinema equipment provider, who offers world wide service along with used equipment.

Clapham Picture House - one of the Picturehouse Cinemas, one of Britain's leading independent exhibitors, particarly in the arthouse cinema market.

Columbia/Tristar - Sony Pictures website. Provides the standard movies information and reviews on movies produced by sony.

Complete History Of Cinematography - a website providing an illustrated chronological history of the developement of motion pictures. This is a very indepth website.

Cornell Cinema! - The website for this American cinema

Corpus Christi College Pictures - The film society at this college, providing basic information and links.

Curzon Cinema, Loughborough - official site for this cinema.

Curzon Cinema, Loughborouh - the former owner shows how Screen was built. A very interesting page

Classic Home Cinema - for all your home cinema needs (8mm, 16mm, 35mm film, cameras, projectors etc and based in the UK.

Cinemas in Devon and Cornwall - this is a fantastic new site and well worth going to visit. It provides a lot of information about current and past cinemas in the two counties, something which has been lacking on the Internet for a while.

Caths (Cinema and Theatre Historical Society Victoria, Australia) - this is a fantastic site and well worth going to visit. It provides a lot of information and links which are related more to Australia.

Cinema Tours This site is full of information on cinemas all around the world and a hugh links section to investigate as well.

The Cutting Room - ever wondered what happens to old film prints? Well this article which appeared in the LA Times expains how 99% of them can be recycled, you might even be wearing one of last years blockbusters!

Cinema Treasures - This is an amazing webiste which details thousands of cinemas all over the world and their current status along with lots of other information. It is a database I wish I had created first!

Cinema (Rural Areas) - This is the Hansard Report for the debate of the Private Members Cinemas Bill presented by Liberal Democrat MP Mr David Rendel.

Cinema Business - a monthly journal specifically for the cinema industry. It is very informative and wide ranging - definately worth getting a copy.

Cinemaxx - a German multiplex in Berllin which shows English prints of films

Cinema - A web site containing a variety of information relating to cinema.

Cornwall Film Festival - this is held each year in November. According to the website "The Cornwall Film Festival offers visitors the chance to celebrate Cornish film and its influences, and to meet the film-makers behind the work on screen."

Classic Movies - this is a great site. According to the site it is number one source of information on the Web about classic movies, movie stars, directors, and all the things you love about the Golden Age of Hollywood.

Dolby Laboratories - A very good website on Dolby Laboratories who develop and manufacture equipment for the motion picture, broadcasting and music recording industries.

DTS - all the information you need on this sound format, along with a large list of links.

Dynamic Digital Depth - provides movie makers, television broadcasters, webmasters with tools to turn 2D into 3D.

Dark Horizons - This nicely designed site, is fast and easy to navigate as well as being colourful. It provides you news, information, reviews and gossip on films and some episode guides to cult tv programmes. Trailers are also available from this site.

Derann Film Services - provide super 8mm film equipment, plus 16mm as well as having a good selection of links.

Ealing Studios - provides full details about this famous studios in London.

Eastern Screen Commission - The film commission for the East of England, includes locations, crew and hall of fame.

Edinburgh University Film Society - the website for this student film society.

Electrohome - a small invester in Immersion Studios, a digital cinema business. Also has links to Christe, its former projection systems division.

Empire Magazine on Line - the online site for this film mag, which is as full of information as its printed counterpart.

Eros - currently there only appears to be the home page.

Extras - A site written by my self on film extras, based on a printed booklet I created for A-Level Communications, based on my own experiences.

Exploding Cinema - this is a great website which is a coalition of film/video makers committed to developing new modes of exhibition for underground media; from DIY screenings in all kinds of venues to low/no budget film tours, cable T.V. and the internet. It has a great selection of links and information on projecctors.

Film Four - website, providing information on films and releases by the company along with lots of other information. Including what's on the Film Four Channel.

Film Society - Keele University film society

Film Ratings - this site provides the (American) certificate for a large number of films (searchable) and also provides links to the film information on IMDB.

Film Unlimited - The Guardian''s website on film. With the latest news, quizzes and interviews.

Film.com - a site of information and links on movies

Film-Tech - considered to be one of the best technical websites on the net, it provides discussions forums and a huge number of manuals, available to download.

Fine Line - another production company owned by AOL Time Warner Company, with the standard movie website information

FLIX - (Loughborough Student Cinema) website. This is an excellent website.

Flix Radio - the online site for the digital radio station. Here you can listen to the online scream. The station only plays music from movies and the sound is fairly good quality as well.

Fox (UK) - 20th Century Fox UK websites, promotions and its latest films.

Fox (US) - The American 20th Century Fox website.

Fred's Cinema & Shipping Page - This is a site an excellent site, packed full of lots of links to useful information.

Future Movies UK - British movie guide features profiles of cinema releases and film reviews. Also read tips on film making and script writing, including how to find funding.

Film Fest - This is the Film Festival sites I created when I organised them at Loughborough. There are here in archive form

Framework: The Journal of Cinema and Media - has good links

Fecken Odeon - Cinema returns to the Worcestershire Countryside. Just finishing second season on 16mm before moving on to recently installed 35mm Westar. A full night out at the pictures - double feature or full supporting programme - not just the measley single feature presently in fashion!

Future Projectionis Ltd - a cinema supply company based in the UK, which supplies both new equipment and refurbished equipment as well.

Free Cinema Tickets - if you want to go to the cinema for free then this is a good site to visit

Kodak Film Calculator - this is a great little web application which works out distances and amounts of film for each of the different gauges and at various different speeds.

Film-buff, a web site for Paul Mould Publishing

FilmAid International is a non-profit organization dedicated to using the power of film to promote health, strengthen communities, and enrich the lives of the world’s vulnerable and uprooted. Through the strategic use of film and video, FilmAid communicates life-saving information to mass audiences on critical health concerns, including HIV/AIDS

The Front Row:Movie Projection Booth Information. This is a small site with another view of projection.

Film Park. This is a film related theme park in Germany.

Film Museum Berlin this is a very intersting museum in Berlin, where it is possible to take upto four hours to go around. There is a guide available in guide which is really useful if your German isn't very good. It is well worth the 6 euros it cost to get in.

Flicker - a website where you will find films and videos that transgress the boundaries of the traditional viewing experience, challenge notions of physical perception and provide cutting edge alternatives to the media information technocracy.
