New comfy seats with high backs installed at a Cineworld have seen adults using toddler booster seats to see the screen – some have complained. Bosses at the Bristol cinema acknowledged the problem and have been offering free tickets to complainants, however, disgruntled movie-goers are demanding action or warnings to let people know of the problem.
