A 42-year-old man has been stabbed outside Huddersfield’s Odeon cinema tonight.
Police – who remain at the scene – were scrambled at 9.10pm to reports of a stabbing.
Upon arrival they found the injured man – thankfully with just a superficial wound to his lower back.
Police said he was being cared for and would be taken to Huddersfield Royal Infirmary.
A spokesman said a large group of youths had been seen in the area but they had been searched and no weapons had been found.
