A NEW cinema complex is set to open at Riverlink before Christmas, following talks between developers and the city council.
The Ipswich City Council approved the cinema precinct last year but developers Leda Holdings – the owners of Riverlink – appealed to the Planning and Environment Court over restrictions on the project.
