Quantum Breakthrough: UK Startup Unveils First Quantum Computer Built with Standard Silicon Chips

Silicon-Based Quantum Leap: London-based startup Quantum Motion has delivered the world’s first full-stack quantum computer built using standard silicon semiconductor chips. The system, installed at the UK’s National Quantum Computing Centre (NQCC), uses the same CMOS chip technology as everyday laptops and smartphones to implement quantum bits (qubits).
