The project employed ProjectionTools by domeprojection.com, a software suite for precise auto-calibration, to ensure seamless visual alignment across the curved projection screen. The system features Panasonic projectors and a high-resolution calibration camera to create a continuous, immersive field of view around the cockpit. The calibration process involved detailed geometric mapping and pixel-level blending, allowing the projection data to remain stable even as the simulator moves. This setup achieves the high level of visual fidelity required for professional simulation environments.
