Two “high-profile” firms are battling to run the new music venue inside Liverpool’s historic ABC Cinema.The Lime Street cinema is set to be transformed into a 1,500-seat venue with a TV studio overlooking St George’s Hall under an £11m plan from Liverpool council and developer Neptune.
