Cinema Ad Group Aims High in I.P.O.

National CineMedia, the advertising network for theater chain operators, on Thursday outlined plans to offer 38 million shares at $18 to $20 apiece in a bid to raise about $722 million in its initial public offering. The planned I.P.O. raises the number of offerings set to kick off in the $500 million to $1 billion range, joining theater chain AMC Entertainment, Time Warner Cable and MetroPCS, a wireless broadband provider.
