3i invests 22 mln usd in digital cinema chain

LONDON (AFX) – 3i Group PLC, the UK private equity company, said in a press release that it has invested 22 mln usd in UFO Moviez, the India-based digital cinema chain.3i has also been given the option to invest a further 3 mln usd at some point in the future
