UK OFT accepts undertakings by Blackstone on purchase of UGC cinema chain

LONDON (AFX) – The Office of Fair Trading said it has accepted the undertakings offered by Blackstone LR Associates (Cayman) IV Ltd and UK subsidiary, Cineworld UK Ltd in relation to its acquisition of the UGC cinema chain.
