ITV confirms to sell assets to Cineworld jv

LONDON (Thomson Financial) – ITV PLC has confirmed that its unit Carlton Screen Advertising Ltd has signed a binding head of terms agreement to sell certain business and assets to the new 50:50 cinema advertising joint venture between Cineworld Group PLC and Odeon Cinemas Ltd.
