REGAL ENTERTAINMENT GROUP PARTNERS WITH REAL D FOR ROLLOUT OF DIGITAL 3 D CINEMA

Regal Entertainment Group (NYSE: RGC), a leading motion picture exhibitor owning and operating the largest theatre circuit in the United States under the Regal Cinemas, United Artists Theatres and Edwards Theatres brands, and REAL D, the leader in the delivery of premium 3-D experiences, announced today that the companies have entered an agreement to rollout digital 3-D cinema in Regal brand theatres. Regal will install REAL D Cinema systems on 17 screens in theatres in the top markets for the presentation of digital 3-D content.
