New Delhi: Refusing to reopen the cinema hall, Delhi High Court today asked the owners to submit the plan to convert the Rachna Cinema hall land from leasehold to freehold by paying the money as demanded by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) Justice Swatanter Kumar asked all the partners — both Aggrawals and Suris — to submit a note mentioning the procedure to convert the land to freehold from leasehold, the compensation package to 23 employees and the statements of accounts of six weeks running of the film.
