Barco announces product parnership with Real Image Media Tech

Belgium-headquartered digital projection solutions provider Barco today announced a product partnership with Real Image Media Technologies in India in the area of digital cinema. The partnership would involve installing Barco digital equipment and solutions and training personnel, Nalin Advani, Managing Director, Barco India told a press conference here. ‘Besides metros, we are targeting mid-size and smaller customers in Tier II and III cities as there is a potential for 2000 digital cinemas in India in the coming years,’ he said. It would take about USD 1-2 lakh to manage the content, he added.
