In 1949, Graham Greene wrote the script for one of the best film noir movies in cinema history. Directed by Carol Reed, Orson Welles and Joseph Cotten starred in The Third Man. Cotton is Holly Martins, a man who goes to Vienna to see his old friend Harry Lime (Welles). When he finds him, Lime delivers this incredible speech.
