The Apsara Awards will be held on Jan 31, 2006.The Film and Television Producers’ Guild of India have announced the second Apsara Film and Television Producers’ Guild Awards that will be held at Jamshed Bhabha Hall, NCPA on January 31, 2006.
Present at the announcement of the second Apsara Award were Farhan Akhtar, Ashutosh Gowatrikar, Ramesh Sippy, Madhur Bhandarkar, Anupam Kher, Mukesh Bhatt, Vinta Nanda, Yash Chopra, Boney Kapoor, Vidhu Vinod Chopra, Prem Sagar, Vipul Shah, Raj Tilak, Aakash Khurana, Manmohan Shetty, Shakti Samanta, Dheeraj Kumar, Ravi Rai, Vashu Bhagnanani, Vivek Sanghania, Ravi Chopra, Govind Nihalani, Kiran Juneja, Ramesh Taurani, Kiran Shantaram, B Krishna, Basu Chetterjee, Kunal Das Gupta, Harish Chawani, Ganesh Jain, Ashok Thakalia, Vinod Pandey and Susheel Kumar Agarwal.
The Apsara Film and Television Producers Guild Awards is a distinct achievement in Cinema and Television award of the industry by the industry and for the industry. The Film and Television Producers’ Guild of India, the definitive and representative body of the Indian Film entertainment industry, has instituted the Apsara Awards to felicitate members of the Film and Television fraternity through its own vote and to promote and support talent in the Indian Film and Television industry.
