From Bloomberg.com: Dec. 15 (Bloomberg) — Publishing & Broadcasting Ltd. and West Australian Newspapers Holdings Ltd. agreed to buy Hoyts Cinemas Group from Kerry Packer’s Consolidated Press Holdings for A$347 million ($262 million).
