The closed Regal Greece Ridge at The Mall at Greece Ridge has a new tenant: Apple Cinemas.
Mall owner Wilmorite announced Tuesday it has made a deal with the New England-based luxury movie theater chain to take over the 60,265-square-foot space.
Renovations will begin after required permits are secured, Wilmorite said in a statement.
