Barco completes acquisition of Focal and Naim, strengthening its entertainment offering

With the transaction now closed, Focal and Naim will operate together with Barco as a dedicated Consumer Experience business unit within Barco’s Entertainment division, alongside Barco’s Cinema and Immersive Experience business units.
