Boutique cinema and sky restaurant to come to Kingston as part of £400m regeneration – Get Surrey

Planning permission has been granted to regenerate Eden Walk in Kingston town centre.The £400m scheme, designed by BDP Architects, will revamp part of the historic market town providing 28 new shops, 12 restaurants and cafés, 380 new homes, a boutique cinema and three large public spaces with space for events.
