Cinemark Joins AMC Theatres and Regal in Supporting Paramount-Warner Bros. Discovery Merger

Cinemark has endorsed the Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery merger, which means all three of the country’s major movie theater chains are backing the $111 billion deal.
