Community needs just 3 days to save beloved Lehigh Valley theater from pandemic troubles

Donors left sentiments like “I don’t want to lose our small-town theater!” and “Butch and Robert do a fab job. Certainly a treasure for this little town.”

Or even more succinctly: “THE EMMAUS THEATRE ROCKS!!”

Plenty of the Emmaus Theatre’s faithful following agreed, enough that the theater’s GoFundMe page reached its goal in a matter of days.

Theater owners Robert Audibert and Butch Rossetti posted the crowd-funding page on the business’ Facebook page April 24, and by April 27, the $10,000 needed to keep the theater open during the coronavirus shutdown was raised. The current amount raised $10,521 for the century-old theater. Audibert was blown away by the support.
