The Yugoslav Film Archive (Jugoslovenska kinoteka) has breathed new life into the celebrated 1969 film ‘Zaseda’ (The Ambush) by director Živojin Pavlović. Digitally restored, the classic Yugoslav and Serbian Black Wave cinema piece will debut anew in the Season of Film Classics program. This initiative, orchestrated by the Association of European Film Archives, is backed by the European Union’s Creative Europe MEDIA program.
