People having sex and people taking drugs are included in a diary of more than 700 shameful incidents at multi-storey car parks in Lincoln.
Youths riding bikes threatening to stab people, boy racers, skateboarders, human excrement, vomit and blood are among the disturbing catalogue of anti-social behaviour at the Lucy Tower, Lincoln Central and Broadgate car parks last year. The highest number of incidents – 369 – happened at Broadgate where drug-taking was so rife that in June 2019 there were 192 people using or attempting to take drugs.
