THE Dunfermline Cinema Project (DCP) is set to submit its application to turn an unnamed town centre building into its new home. A meeting will be held later this week with a view to filing their plans with Fife Council as soon as possible. The project’s Graeme Spence told the Press that their team met on Sunday to work on their planning submission. He said: “We’re currently working on drawings, structural stuff for seating and noise assessment for planning.”
The community group has also been gifted around 100 seats for their planned venue from the Alhambra Theatre.
