The architects behind a large-scale project to restore a former cinema as office space have submitted plans to start demolition work.
Total Security Services (TSS) bought The Regal and the former Shelz restaurant in Hale End Road, Highams Park, in 2013 with the aim of turning the derelict buildings into the company’s headquarters.
