Great Northern Mall is suing its movie theater – closed until further notice due to the coronavirus pandemic – for unpaid rent going back nearly a year.
The mall says Regal Cinemas stopped paying rent in November 2019, five months before the pandemic closed theaters, and now owes $703,439.
