Huge laser display in west Japan wishing for ‘love and peace’ sets world record

A huge laser projection which showed the phrase “Love and Peace” on a rock face at a west Japan beach was recognized by Guinness World Records as “the largest laser light beam sentence.”The phrase, measuring 16 by 205.566 meters, was projected onto a rock face at a beach in the town of Shirahama, Wakayama Prefecture, on the night of May 24. The endeavor was planned by Ojas Co., a business in the town that manages a hotel in the area.
