An iconic cinema in Bognor has celebrated its 100th anniversary. The Picturedrome has been operating independently since it was converted from a function and entertainment room in 1919. Now a ‘century of cinema’ has been celebrated at the building on the corner of Canada Grove and Linden Road, which originally opened as assembly rooms in 1886. The 100th anniversary has been celebrated with a a special showing of a big screen masterpiece.
