Cinemas have been given the green light to open from July 4, and there have plenty of drive-in cinema dates announced recently. However, not everywhere will be able to reopen straight away.

Many have been hit by financial impacts of the pandemic, while the prospect of operating with smaller capacities is making it financially unviable for some to open at all.
