The company made Livestream free on its app and also on its site. As the match went underway, many Indian users faced lagging of the game and constant buffering. However, the app apologised quickly and asked fans to upgrade the Livestream. Some fans even questioned the decision by the broadcasters to live stream the biggest football tournament on an app that has never streamed a big tournament before.
