The Art Directors Guild (ADG, IATSE Local 800) Lifetime Achievement Award from the Set Designers & Model Makers Council (SDMM) will be granted to set designer Luis G. Hoyos, the union has announced.Hoyos, an award-winning set designer best known for Memoirs of a Geisha and Dreamgirls, will receive the honors at a ceremony taking place Saturday, Feb. 18 at the 27th Annual Art Directors Guild’s Excellence in Production Design Awards.
