Marcus Corp. CEO Greg Marcus recalled watching a fight at the Marcus BistroPlex Southridge in Greendale a few years ago. He was sitting in the comfortable recliner seating, food being delivered to his seat and taking in the action of live sports on a 40-foot screen. “When I saw that, I was like we’ve got to keep an eye on this,” he said.
