New movie theater Flix Brewhouse opening on San Antonio’s West Side with on-site brewery and scratch-made food 

With a name like Flix Brewhouse, moviegoers should expect plenty of beers to go with their blockbusters. What they may not expect: enjoying beer made right on-site at San Antonio’s latest multiplex. “We are the only first-run movie theater anywhere that has a fully operational brewery anywhere in town,” said Greg Johnson, director of sales and marketing for the Round Rock-based cinema-eatery-microbrewery. “We do take our beer very seriously.”
