By the end of September, the operator of Sidney’s beloved Star Cinema hopes to start rolling the films in a state-of-the-art facility.The expanded Star Cinema will anchor the ground floor of the five-storey, 45-unit Cameo condominium building at Third Street and Sidney Avenue and will have 324 seats in front of three screens.
