Oldham’s £37m ‘Old Town Hall’ redevelopment, featuring a cinema and restaurant complex, will open to the public on Friday after three years of construction.The ODEON cinema and a Costa Coffee will open on October 21, with venues including Nando’s and Gourmet Burger Kitchen set to follow.
