Two major property development projects in Manchester are set to be debated by planners tomorrow (15 August 2013).
An application to extend planning permission to redevelop the former Odeon Cinema complex on Oxford Road, and the next phase of the Milliners Wharf development, in Ancoats, will be debated by Manchester City Council’s planning committee.
