A proposal to build student flats at a historic site in Bath has been met with a mixed response, with one resident describing a recent public consultation as a “farce”.
The Scala building in Oldfield Park, which used to be a cinema, currently houses a Co-op convenience store and a dance studio for Freedom through Dance.
