Sony presents two new laser projectors with 4K resolutions and 120 Hz refresh rates 

Sony has unveiled the VPL-XW5000ES and VPL-XW7000ES, two laser projectors that sit at vastly different price points. Specifically, while the former retails for $6,000, the latter will cost US$29,000 when it launches this summer. Still, both projectors are rated for up to 20,000 hours of use, offer 4K resolutions and can output at 120 Hz. Understandably, there are few differences between the VPL-XW5000ES and VPL-XW7000ES beyond their names and prices.
