Sony Publishes Specs for Its 10K, Full Frame, 105MP Global Shutter Sensor: 12-Bit at 40 FPS

Sony Semiconductor Solutions has published a new technical flyer for its IMX937-AQB image sensor, revealing detailed specifications for a 105-megapixel global shutter CMOS sensor with a 39.7mm diagonal. The sensor delivers 10,240 × 10,240 pixels and supports full-resolution output at up to 56.7 FPS in 8-bit, 51.7 FPS in 10-bit, and 36.9 FPS in 12-bit.
