The lead campaigner to transform the Whiteladies Picture House into a one-screen cinema and theatre has confirmed that he will take the decision to hand the building to Everyman to judicial review.
Redgrave Theatre manager David Fells was the founding director of the Whiteladies Picture House campaign group (WLPH).
