A relative of a Niles woman who died after she was injured falling off the ramp at the Boulevard Center Cinema in December 2019 has filed a wrongful death complaint against the owners of the Regal Cinema and the Cafaro Company, landlords of the Eastwood Mall Complex.
A lawsuit was filed Thursday by John Landolfi, executor of the estate of the late Jennie Landolfi of Niles, against Regal Cinemas Inc. and the Cafaro associates who operated the Boulevard Center cinemas. The action seeks a jury award of at least $25,000 in damages.
